These terms govern your use of safetysignco.co.uk and any order you place. By ordering you accept them.

1. Who we are

Safety Sign Co is a trading name of PEF Consulting Partners Limited, company no 16010640, 49 Basecamp, Jamaica Street, Liverpool L1 0AH.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full.

3. Products

Signs are supplied as compliant reproductions to BS EN ISO 7010. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed product. It is your responsibility to select the correct sign for your situation.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at the time of order by card through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery and returns

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect sign selection or installation.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
